This End of Financial Year, Let Grace Flow to all corners of our world

Anglican Aid is privileged to partner with faithful Christians all over the world. Today, we have a presence in 40 countries, operating 148 projects. In some of the most remote places, often where there is no other aid or stable government presence, God has blessed our work and projects have flourished. This has brought good news to many. News like clean water, income generating initiatives, health services, food, Bible training resources and more.
In Matthew 10 we hear Jesus say, “freely you have received; freely give”.
As we approach the End of Financial Year, would you consider sharing your abundance with our brothers and sisters in need? All donations to Anglican Aid’s Grace Abounding Appeal are tax deductible, and support projects around the world.
When we look beyond our borders, it is clear: there is much need.
- Did you know?
- Over 2 million children in Tanzania between the ages of 7-13 are not in school.
- In 2018, the Thomson Reuters Foundation rated India as the most dangerous country in the world for women. And in 99% of cases, sexual violence goes unpunished.
- There are 2.6 million registered Afghan refugees across the world, with over 3.5 million considered internally displaced.
But where there is need, there is cause to rejoice.
In 2 Corinthians, Paul talks of God’s “indescribable gift!”. It is the surpassing grace of God, and it is made manifest in our lives through our generosity to others. For us in Australia, the opportunity to give is a blessing God has richly provided, and for this we rejoice!
Your generosity is instrumental in allowing our partners to walk in the good works which God has prepared for them to do (Ephesians 2:10). Continue reading and rejoice with us as you learn more about these good works.
