Syria Earthquake Recovery

Anglican Aid is helping Syrians repair and rebuild in the wake of the Earthquakes that struck in February 2023.

Together with Samir and Damascus Church Aid, Anglican Aid is assisting with the rebuilding of houses in Aleppo and Jableh, as well as ensuring that these affected communities have access to essential items like blankets, medicine and food.

Samir has told us:

The economic situation has gotten worse though. Electricity is more intermittent. Due to sanctions, it’s difficult to access fuels & commodities. The cost of living keeps rising with the devaluation of the money.

 

Please help the church in Syria care for communities devastated by the Earthquake.
