Piglets are given to needy families for food and fertiliser by the Anglican Diocese. Mature animals can be taken to market and sold, allowing families to afford essentials like school supplies. One piglet from each litter is then given to a neighbour in need.

Showing thankfulness

“Besides producing enough for my family, I generate an income from selling a part of my production. This allows me to balance diet, afford education for all my children, and to buy new clothes for my family. The Lord has been so gracious to us.”

Pascal Mbaziro, project participant

For as the soil makes the sprout come up and a garden causes seeds to grow, so the Sovereign Lord will make righteousness and praise spring up before all nations.

Isaiah 61:11
