While the aim of the Bethesda Project is to support people living with a disability, project staff have discovered that it’s impossible to provide healthcare and education when people are severely malnourished.

Consequently, in partnership with Anglican Aid, the Bethesda Food Security Project will provide project participants with improved seeds and equipment, as well as training in effective farming techniques and nutrition education. While this long-term project is established, food aid will be provided to boost nutrition and the ability to thrive. Pregnant women, mothers with young children, children and those with disabilities whose future health and development can be severely impacted by malnutrition will be the focus of this immediate aid.

With your support, the Bethesda Food Security Project will empower individuals and families, provide practical assistance, enable community participation and show the love of Christ to those who need it most.
