Introducing our refreshed logo

Anglican Aid is kicking off 2025 with a refreshed logo! The updated logo better represents our mission – partnering with Christians overseas to provide emergency aid and long-term development to people in need, and theological education for church leaders in developing nations.

The new logo shape references these ideas in 3 symbols: a waterdrop; a seedling (shown in the negative space within the waterdrop); and two hands forming an embrace at the bottom of the waterdrop, which represents partnership and care.

These symbols come from biblical images about God’s provision for our physical needs, and the way the gospel is taught and heard.

Psalm 104
“He makes springs pour water into the ravines; it flows between the mountains. They give water to all the beasts of the field….14 He makes grass grow for the cattle, and plants for people to cultivate— bringing forth food from the earth.

All creatures look to you to give them their food at the proper time. When you give it to them, they gather it up; when you open your hand, they are satisfied with good things.”

1 Corinthians 3
6 I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God has been making it grow.
7 So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow.
8 The one who plants and the one who waters have one purpose, and they will each be rewarded according to their own labor.
9 For we are co-workers in God’s service; you are God’s field, God’s building.

God has allowed Anglican Aid to play a part in meeting the needs of people experiencing poverty overseas – through aid and development projects that give villages clean water; and seedling sites that provide food security and relieve hunger; among others. We are also helping to train church leaders to teach the true gospel – like co-workers planting a seed and watering it.

Anglican Aid’s refreshed logo captures these ideas in an elegant shape for 2025 and beyond. We are excited to show it to you!
