Pakistan: Equipping God’s people in project design

Part of strengthening churches and transforming communities is equipping God’s people in project design. That is why three Anglican Aid Project Officers – Cameron, Molly, and Zeeshan – recently ran project design training in Murree, Pakistan, for five Pakistani organisations. These included two Anglican Aid partners: 1toAnother and the Diocese of Hyderabad.
Armed with over 1,500 sticky notes, chai tea, and Tim Tams (but no electricity), the training explored what good project design looks like. Attendees looked at how to analyse a problem, how to create a solution, and how to design a project with a logical trajectory.
One of the attendees even remarked that, over their 20 years of experience, they had never done training as practical, helpful, or insightful as they did with Anglican Aid.
