DR Congo: Rich in Christ

Peter is one of over 170 students supported by Anglican Aid who graduated from Bible schools in recent months. He shared how his studies have changed him.
God’s word has enlightened my thoughts, corrected my mistakes, shaped my character, and taught me to live with love, patience, and integrity. Today, my faith is stronger, my life more aligned with Christ, and every day is an opportunity to practice what I’ve learned.
In the past, I believed that prosperity or physical health automatically showed God’s favour. Now I have understood that the greatest blessing is eternal life, inner peace, and the presence of God in my life, even in the midst of trials. This change happened by continually reading the Bible, especially the letter of Paul to the Philippians. He knew suffering and poverty but still said he was rich in Christ.
May God bless Australian people for their involvement in the formation of servants in DR Congo.
Pray:
- Praise God that over 170 Bible college students have graduated in recent months with support from Anglican Aid. Pray for the graduates as they take up their ministries.
